Our mission is to stop domestic violence by teaching core skills, basic training in history, fundamental principles and concepts of partner abuse. 

·     Anger Management Programs

The program helps teach self-awareness and how to manage your emotional triggers. This 5 hour, one day class provides a cognitive behavior modification approach through changing the thinking process, beliefs, and attitudes.
